Kids vegetable snack cups with cheesy pineapple dip

Try this snack cup recipe at your next party for a surefire crowd-pleaser. Pack paper cups with vegetable sticks, salami, nuts and pretzels and serve with cheesy pineapple dip. Kids will love it!

Ingredients

Vegetable snack cups
  • large pretzels
  • carrot sticks
  • cucumber sticks
  • celery sticks
  • cheese sticks
  • salami pieces or halved frankfurters
  • fruit chunks
  • nuts
Cheesy pineapple dip
  • 1 small tin crushed pineapple, drained
  • 125 gram cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon hummus* (this recipe used pumpkin and kumara)

Method

Vegetable snack cups

    Arrange tasty treats in paper cups and serve with cheesy pineapple dip (see below).
Cheesy pineapple dip
  • 2
    Whizz together pineapple, cream cheese, sour cream and hummus until smooth.
