Method

1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet instructions until al dente. Drain well, return to pan.
2.Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large frying pan on medium. Sauté garlic for 1 minute, until fragrant (being careful not to burn). Add olives and chilli, and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
3.Add olive mixture to hot pasta with herbs. Season to taste and toss well. Serve sprinkled with the extra basil and the parmesan.
