Method
1.Place noodles in large heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water; separate with fork, drain. Stir-fry pork mince in heated oiled wok until browned. Add garlic cloves, sambal oelek, green onions and kecap manis; stir-fry 1 minute.
2.Add noodles, kecap manis and buk choy; stir-fry until hot. Sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves.
