Method

1.Place chickpeas, lemon juice and water in a food processor. Process until a smooth paste forms, adding more water if necessary. Add garlic, tahini and salt to taste. Pulse until just combined.
2.Spoon hummus into a bowl and make a slight hollow in centre. Pour in olive oil and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with pita bread.
