4 cup (1l) skim milk

100 gram white chocolate, chopped

2 cinnamon sticks

ground cinnamon, to serve

Method

1.Combine milk, white chocolate and cinnamon sticks in a saucepan on low heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins, until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Do not boil.

2.Discard cinnamon sticks and pour hot chocolate mixture into four mugs. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve.
