Method
1.Place whole potatoes on a microwave-safe plate, cover with plastic wrap and cook at 100% for 10 minutes, until tender. Remove from microwave.
2.Cut tops from each potato. Scoop out flesh, leaving a 1cm layer around edges. Fill with baked beans and top with cheese. Cook at 100% for 1 1/2 minutes, until cheese starts to melt. Top with basil and serve.
