Hot chocolate cups

  • cup of milk per person
  • 2-3 squares of dark chocolate per cup
  • whipped cream and cinnamon, to serve

    Heat a cup of milk per person to trembling stage (just before boiling).

    Add 2-3 squares of dark chocolate per cup, then cover with a tea towel and let stand for 5 minutes.

    Whisk until the chocolate milk is smooth and any flecks disappear.

    Pour into little cups or glasses. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
