Hot chocolate cups
Warm up and indulge with Nici Wickes' hot chocolate cups recipe. Simple, easy and delicious, these little cups really hit the spot. Be sure to serve with whipped cream and cinnamon

Ingredients
- cup of milk per person
- 2-3 squares of dark chocolate per cup
- whipped cream and cinnamon, to serve
Method
- 1Heat a cup of milk per person to trembling stage (just before boiling).
- 2Add 2-3 squares of dark chocolate per cup, then cover with a tea towel and let stand for 5 minutes.
- 3Whisk until the chocolate milk is smooth and any flecks disappear.
- 4Pour into little cups or glasses. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
