1.Place pork and oil in a medium bowl; toss to coat. Season. Whisk honey, vinegar and extra oil in a medium heatproof bowl. Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry pork, in batches, for 2-3 minutes until browned. Add pork to honey mixture in bowl; toss to coat. Cover with foil; stand for 5 minutes to rest.
2.Meanwhile, prepare couscous in a large heatproof bowl as packet directs.
3.Add zucchini, parsley, sprouts and pear to couscous; toss gently to combine. Add pork mixture; toss gently to combine. Serve.
Use pork leg steaks instead of diced pork.
