Method

1.Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, with a pinch of salt, and process until very smooth.
2.Refrigerate before serving as pots will not achieve required taste until well chilled (otherwise there’s a mild taste of avocado). Once set in the fridge (about 1 hour; or 20 minutes in the freezer if you’re in a hurry), they will taste great and will remain firm even after a few hours in the lunch box.
3.You can add other flavours to the chocolate. A popular variation for adults is cold, brewed coffee in place of water.
