Ingredients

Hazelnut tartlets
  • 1/3 cup thickened cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1/4 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (nutella), at mom temperature
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 6 7cm store-bought sweet shortcrust pastry cases
  • 125 gram punnet raspberries
  • icing sugar, to serve

Method

Hazelnut tartlets
  • 1
    Combine cream and vanilla paste in a bowl. Whip to firm peaks with electric mixer. Add chocolate-hazelnut spread and continue to beat until just combined. Stir through hazelnuts.

    Spoon mixture into pastry cases. Refrigerate 1 hour.

    Top tartlets with raspberries and dust with icing sugar.
