Ingredients: 300 millilitre thickened cream; 1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread; 60 gram chocolate flake bars, crumbled; 12 bought chocolate lamingtons, halved horizontally; 1/4 cup dry-roasted hazelnuts, chopped

1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread

60 gram chocolate flake bars, crumbled

12 bought chocolate lamingtons, halved horizontally

1/4 cup dry-roasted hazelnuts, chopped

Method

1.Using an electric mixer, beat cream in a medium bowl until soft peaks form. Add hazelnut spread; beat until well combined and firm peaks form. Stir in half the crumbled chocolate bar.

2.Sandwich lamingtons with two-thirds of the cream mixture.

3.To serve, place a small dollop of remaining cream mixture on top of each lamington, then sprinkle with hazelnuts and remaining chocolate bar.
