Ham, cheese and pineapple lunchbox quesadillas

Swap those sammies for a more exciting lunchbox filler with this quesadilla recipe. Filled with ham, cheese, pineapple and spinach for a dose of greenery, these quesadilla will be a hit with Hawaiian pizza fans

  • 2 wraps (we used garlic butter flavour)
  • 2 tablespoon sweet fruit chutney
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 6 slice shaved ham
  • 6 thin half slices fresh pineapple
  • handful baby spinach leaves

    Lay the wraps out flat and spread evenly with chutney. Sprinkle a little cheese on one half of each wrap and arrange the ham, pineapple and spinach leaves on top.

    Fold the wrap over to enclose the filling. Grill on a sandwich press or in a non-stick pan until bubbling and golden. Cut each quesadilla into thirds and allow to cool before placing in lunch boxes.
