Ham and pineapple pizza

Ham and pineapple pizza
  • 2 prepared pizza bases
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 450 gram can sliced pineapple in natural juice, drained
  • 150 gram shaved ham, torn
  • 1 red capsicum, seeded, sliced
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella

    Preheat oven to hot, 200°C.

    Place pizza bases on 2 pizza or baking trays. Spread each with sauce. Top each evenly with pineapple, ham and capsicum, then sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp. Cut into wedges and serve with salad, if desired.


If preferred, use green capsicum and top the cooked pizza with chopped parsley or rocket leaves.
