Quick and tasty ham and courgette slice from New Zealand Woman's Weekly.

Method

1.Heat oven to 190C and line a 17 x 27cm slice tin with non-stick baking paper.
2.Break eggs into a bowl, season well with salt and pepper and whisk lightly. Whisk in milk then stir in all remaining ingredients.
3.Pour mixture into prepared tin and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and set. Slice into squares.
