Ingredients

Grilled tropical fruit with orange glaze
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 small pineapple (900g), trimmed, halved, sliced thickly
  • 2 medium bananas (400g), quartered
  • 1 starfruit (160g), sliced thickly
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves

    To make orange glaze, combine rind, juice and sugar in small saucepan; stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Cool.

    Combine glaze with fruit in large bowl. Spread fruit mixture onto two foil-lined oven trays.
