Grilled salmon with yoghurt and dill sauce

Simple, fresh and healthy, this is the perfect recipe for a quick week night dinner. Flaky salmon is cooked to medium-rare perfection and drizzled with a wonderfully creamy, tangy yoghurt and dill dressing.

Ingredients

Grilled salmon with yoghurt and dill sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 salmon fillets or cutlets
  • seasoning of choice
  • salad, to serve
Youghrt and dill sauce
  • 3/4 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Method

Grilled salmon with yoghurt and dill sauce

    Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Sprinkle salmon with seasoning. Cook salmon 3-4 minutes each side, until cooked to taste.

    Meanwhile, to make sauce: in a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Season to taste. Serve salmon drizzled with sauce. Accompany with salad.
