Grilled pork cutlets with pea chutney
A dish suitable for any night of the week, tender pork cutlets are wonderful served grilled to perfection and topped with a fragrant pea and cashew chutney.

Grilled pork cutlets with pea chutney
- 1/3 cup (50g) cashews, toasted
- 1 cup (120g) frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 pork cutlets, fat trimmed
Method
Grilled pork cutlets with pea chutney
- 1Place cashews in a food processor and pulse until fine. Add peas, ginger, lime juice, coriander and water. Process until smooth and season to taste.
- 2Lightly spray a chargrill with cooking oil spray and heat on high. Cook pork 8 minutes, turning halfway, until cooked to taste. Serve topped with pea chutney.
Notes
Pea chutney is also great with chicken or veal, or use it as a spread for sandwiches.
