Green power smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 large handfuls baby spinach leaves
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder
  • 2 cup water
  • Ice, to blend

Method

    Peel and roughly chop the oranges, lime and lemon.

    Combine the citrus fruit with the baby spinach leaves, parsley, chia seeds, protein powder and water in a high-speed blender. Add ice if desired.

    Blitz for a few seconds until smooth and serve for a fresh start to your day.
