Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C fanbake. In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients, making sure the almonds are well coated.
2.Line an oven tray with baking paper and spread the almonds evenly over it in a single layer.
3.Bake for 10-15 minutes or until almonds are lightly golden (watch closely as they are easy to burn).
4.Set aside to cool completely then store in airtight bags or containers.
