Ingredients
Garden salad with walnuts
- 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/3 cup (80ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 250 gram baby cos leaves
- 100 gram wild rocket
- 1/2 cup (35g) coarsely chopped walnuts
Method
Garden salad with walnuts
- 1Place vinegar, mustard, sugar and garlic in a small bowl. Season to taste and whisk until combined. Gradually add oil, whisking, until dressing thickens slightly; set aside.
- 2Wash salad leaves; drain and dry. Arrange in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with dressing. Toss lightly to combine and serve.
