Method
1.Cut each kiwifruit and orange crossways into four slices. Remove rind from melon, cut fruit into 1.5cm (¾-inch) slices. Cut pineapple into 1.5cm (¾-inch) slices.
2.Cut eight 4.5cm (1¾-inch) rounds from the kiwifruit and orange slices. Cut eight 4.5cm (1¾-inch) rounds from the watermelon and pineapple slices.
3.Thread alternating slices of fruit onto eight bamboo skewers, ending with a strawberry.
Leftover fruit pieces can be used in juices or smoothies. Prepare the skewers the morning of the party.
