Ingredients

Fruit pops
  • 1 1/3 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 300 gram peeled, chopped seedless watermelon
  • 5, hulled strawberries
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 8 paddlepop sticks
  • 1 (2 cups) large, peeled, chopped mango
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 passionfruit, pulp removed

Method

    Spoon 2 tablespoons yoghurt into eight pop moulds. Freeze 1 hour, until almost set.
  • 2
    In a food processor, process watermelon, strawberries and honey together, until smooth. Pour evenly among moulds. Freeze 1 hour. Insert paddlepop sticks.

    In a clean food processor, process mango and juice together. Stir passionfruit through. Pour into moulds to fill. Freeze until firm.
