Fruit kebabs with passionfruit dipping sauce

Ingredients

Fruit kebabs
  • 1 punnet strawberries
  • 1/2 rockmelon, peeled, seeded, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 seedless watermelon, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 2 bananas, cut into chunks
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled and quartered
  • 12 bamboo skewers
Passionfruit dipping sauce
  • 1 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup passionfruit pulp

Method

Fruit kebabs with passionfruit dipping sauce
  • 1
    Thread fruit chunks alternately onto skewers. Set aside.
  • 2
    In a small jug, combine yoghurt and passionfruit. Drizzle over fruit kebabs to serve.
