Method
1.Place olives in a plastic bag with flour and shake to coat well.
2.Shake off excess flour and dip olives in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat. Chill for 15 minutes.
3.Heat oil in a deep pan until a small piece of bread sizzles when added.
Chilling olives after coating allows crumbs to adhere to olives better.
