Method
1.Place water and sugar into a small saucepan over a medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Increase heat and bring syrup to the boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
2.Place feijoas, cooled syrup, lime zest and juice into a food processor. Blend until mixed well. Pour into a wide, shallow plastic container and freeze for 1 hour. Using a fork to scrape the ice from the edges back into the middle, return to the freezer for approximately 90 minutes. Repeat 3-4 times. Serve with a small bowl of flaky salt and chilli flakes to garnish.
