Feijoa smoothie with banana and vanilla yoghurt

Got lots of feijoas on your hands? Drink 'em! This feijoa smoothie recipe is packed with spinach, vanilla yoghurt and bananas to create a super creamy drink. Serve breakfast bowl style with muesli for a real treat

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 4 feijoas, peeled and chopped
  • 6 spinach leaves
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • muesli or granola, to serve (optional)

Method

  • 1
    Place banana, feijoas, spinach leaves and ice cubes into a blender and whizz until smooshy.
  • 2
    Add vanilla yoghurt and milk and whizz until creamy. Pour into glasses or bottles.
  • 3
    Top with a sprinkle of muesli or granola for a breakfast treat.
