This delightful mocktail can be enjoyed as a punch for dinner parties, or at a family BBQ on the beach – simply increase the quantities and taste before serving.

  • 15 millilitre berry flavoured syrup
  • 20 millilitre lime juice
  • Appletiser, to top
  • ice
  • apple fan, for garnish

    Add berry flavoured syrup and juice to an ice-filled highball glass.
  • 2
    Top with Appletiser and stir.
  • 3
    Garnish with an apple fan.


To make this a cocktail simply replace berry syrup for crème de cassis, and add 45ml of tequila.
