Super easy individual tiramisu cups
It's easier than you think to make this decadent Italian favourite at home! This easy tiramisu recipe creates the perfect sweet finale for your next special occasion

Ingredients
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 2 nips coffee liqueur, sherry or rum (or your favourite tipple)
- 350 gram mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence with seeds
- 1 cup cream, softly whipped
- 12 sponge finger biscuits
- 1/2 cup grated dark chocolate
Method
- 1Combine the coffee and liqueur in a shallow bowl.
- 2Fold together the mascarpone and sifted icing sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla essence and fold in the whipped cream.
- 3Dip half the sponge fingers in the coffee mixture and arrange them in the base of four serving glasses. Top with a spoonful of the vanilla mascarpone.
- 4Add more liqueur-dipped biscuits and finish with a swirl of mascarpone cream. Chill for at least 1 hour. Top with the grated chocolate before serving.
Notes
- Add seasonal fruit or berries for a change.
