1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C.
2.Place 4 x 3/4-cup ovenproof dishes on an oven tray.
3.In a large bowl, combine peaches, pineapple, passionfruit pulp and rum. Divide among dishes. Crumble over macarons.
4.Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden. Serve with custard.
