Ingredients

Base
  • 125 gram crushed Round Wine biscuits
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 100 gram melted butter
Peach cream pie
  • 1 cup store-bought vanilla custard
  • 200 millilitre whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon (heaped Tbsp) icing sugar
  • bottled peaches

Method

Base

    Combine all base ingredients, then press into a loose-bottomed tin.

    In a bowl, mix together the vanilla custard, whipped cream and icing sugar. Spread over the biscuit base and top with bottled peaches.

    Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
