Easy Irish coffee with nutmeg
Beat the winter chill with a drink with a kick! This warming Irish coffee is gently spiced with nutmeg and has (of course) a sneaky dash of Irish whiskey

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup Irish whiskey
- 1 1/2 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1/2 cup cream, whipped
- pinch of ground nutmeg
Method
- 1Dissolve the coffee in boiling water. Add the whiskey and sugar. Stir to dissolve.
- 2Divide among the serving glasses. Top with cream and nutmeg.
