Easy green bean lamb fritters
In this fritter recipe, lamb mince is spiked with warming spices and fresh green beans then fried to perfection to create a delicious family dinner. Serve with kumara fries and salad and enjoy

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 500 gram lamb mince
- 200 gram green beans, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander
- 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- kumara fries, mixed salad, aioli to serve
Method
- 1In a frying pan, heat oil on high. Sauté onion for 2-3 minutes. Add spices and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 2Add mince, cooking for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a large bowl and cool slightly.
- 3Add beans, coriander, flour and combined milk and egg to mince mixture. Season. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- 4n a frying pan, heat oil on high until a little mixture sizzles when added. Drop heaped spoonfuls of mixture into pan in 3 batches, flattening slightly to form fritters. Cook for 2 minutes each side until golden. Drain on a paper towel. Repeat to make 8 patties.
- 5Serve fritters with kumara fries, green salad and aioli.
