Method
1.Place mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Add all the other ingredients and stir well to combine. Season to taste (depending on the acidity of your lemon, you may wish to add a little more lemon juice, too).
2.Store in a lidded jar in the refrigerÂator until required. It will last for two to three days.
Check the labels on the mayonnaise and capers if eating gluten free.
