Dried apricot sweets

Delicious little balls of coconut, white chocolate and dried apricots.

Dried apricot sweets
  • 200 gram dried apricots, finely chopped
  • 50 gram white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • grated rind of 1 orange
  • extra desiccated coconut, to roll


Dried apricot sweets

    Mix all ingredients together, except extra coconut. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Next day, form into small balls about the size of a walnut and roll in coconut.

    Keep refrigerated until needed. These sweets will last well for up to three weeks if they are stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
