Dried apricot sweets

Delicious little balls of coconut, white chocolate and dried apricots.

Ingredients

Method

1.Mix all ingredients together, except extra coconut. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2.Next day, form into small balls about the size of a walnut and roll in coconut.
3.Keep refrigerated until needed. These sweets will last well for up to three weeks if they are stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
