Method

1.In a shallow bowl, dissolve coffee in boiling water. Add kahlua; cool.
2.In a large bowl, whisk white chocolate and a little mascarpone together until smooth. Gradually whisk in remaining mascarpone. Gently fold three-quarters cream through mascarpone mixture.
3.Dip half sponge fingers into coffee mixture; arrange over base of a 10-cup serving dish. Spread with one-third mascarpone mixture then sprinkle one-third chocolate over. Repeat layers, finishing with remaining cream.
4.Chill at least 3 hours. Serve sprinkled with remaining chocolate; accompany with strawberries.
