Double chocolate and macadamia biscuits

A lovely light, slightly chewy biscuit studded with dark and white chocolate, and buttery macadamia nuts – just heavenly!

Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 1-2 oven trays with baking paper.
2.Cream together the butter and sugars until light and creamy, then beat in the egg.
3.Stir in the flour and the baking soda, then mix in the chocolate buttons and nuts.
4.Drop dessert spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking paper, leaving plenty of room between for each to spread.
5.Bake for 6 minutes, remove from the oven and give the tray a bang, then return to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes.
6.Cool slightly before removing from tray.

Get even more decadent by sandwiching two biscuits together with a gorgeous chocolate ganache!
