Method
1.In a large frying pan, heat oil on high. Saute onion and garlic 1-2 minutes, until onion is tender. Add turkey, brown well 4-5 minutes, breaking up all lumps.
2.Stir in tomatoes, curry powder and masala. Cook 1-2 minutes.
3.Add 1 cup water, bring to simmer on low. Cook, uncovered, 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in peas and cook 1 minute to heat through.
4.Remove from heat. Stir in yoghurt and coriander. Serve in lettuce cups, sprinkled with extra coriander. Accompany with extra yoghurt.
