Cuban -style barbecued corn
- 6 (1.5kg) trimmed corn cobs
- 1/2 cup (150g) mayonnaise
- 1 cup (80g) finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh coriander leaves
- 2 (180g) limes, cut into wedges
Method
Cuban -style barbecued corn
- 1Cook corn on a heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill plate) about 10 minutes, turning, or until tender.
- 2Spread mayonnaise onto corn; sprinkle with cheese, cayenne and coriander.
- 3Serve corn with lime wedges.
