Cuban -style barbecued corn
  • 6 (1.5kg) trimmed corn cobs
  • 1/2 cup (150g) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (80g) finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 (180g) limes, cut into wedges

Method

Cuban -style barbecued corn

    Cook corn on a heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill plate) about 10 minutes, turning, or until tender.

    Spread mayonnaise onto corn; sprinkle with cheese, cayenne and coriander.

    Serve corn with lime wedges.
