Ingredients
Crunchy cookie ice-cream cones
- 1 litre good-quality vanilla ice-cream, slightly softened
- 200 gram cookie chocolate bar, roughly chopped
- 6 waffle cones
Toppings
- shaved chocolate
- coloured sprinkles
- crushed nuts
Method
Crunchy cookie ice-cream cones
- 1Place ice-cream in a bowl and stir through chocolate pieces. Pour back into freezer container and freeze for at least 2 hours or-overnight.
- 2Place toppings into separate bowls. Fill cones with ice-cream, then dip into desired toppings and serve.
