Ingredients

Crunchy cookie ice-cream cones
  • 1 litre good-quality vanilla ice-cream, slightly softened
  • 200 gram cookie chocolate bar, roughly chopped
  • 6 waffle cones
Toppings
  • shaved chocolate
  • coloured sprinkles
  • crushed nuts

Method

Crunchy cookie ice-cream cones
  • 1
    Place ice-cream in a bowl and stir through chocolate pieces. Pour back into freezer container and freeze for at least 2 hours or-overnight.

    Place toppings into separate bowls. Fill cones with ice-cream, then dip into desired toppings and serve.
