Ingredients

Crispy mash
  • 1.5 kilogram potatoes, peeled
  • 60 gram butter, chopped
  • 1 1/4 cup (310ml) hot milk

Method

    Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • 2
    Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until tender. Add butter and milk, and mash until smooth. Spoon into six individual ovenproof dishes. Bake 15 minutes, until golden and lightly crisp. Serve.
