Creamy raspberry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup (100g) raw cashews
  • 1 cup (250ml) coconut water
  • 1 cup (160g) Countdown Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Countdown Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 lime, peeled
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method

    Place cashews in a medium bowl; cover with cold water. Stand at room temperature for 2-4 hours. Rinse and drain well.

    Blend coconut water, drained cashews and remaining ingredients at high speed for about 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
