Creamy raspberry smoothie

Cashews are high in iron, zinc, fibre, protein and monounsaturated fat, good for heart health. Raspberries are high in vitamin C and antioxidants and have a beneficial effect on cardiovascular health and reducing cancer risk.

Creamy raspberry smoothie
  • 2/3 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup, approximately
  • 1/2 lime, peeled
  • 1 cup ice cubes

    Place cashews in a medium bowl; cover with cold water. Stand at room temperature for 2-4 hours. Drain well.

    Place coconut water, drained cashews and remaining ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.


Suitable to freeze.
