Creamy fruit tartlets
  • 1/2 cup creme fraiche
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 1 grated zest lime
  • 1 6-pack sweet pastry shells
  • 3 strawberries, hulled, halved
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled, thinly sliced
  • icing sugar, to dust

Method

Creamy fruit tartlets
  • 1
    In a bowl, whisk creme fraiche, icing sugar and zest together. Spoon into tartlet cases. Top with fruit. Dust with icing sugar to serve.

Notes

You can use light sour cream in place of creme fraiche.
