Cool, creamy and chocolatey, these sweet thick shakes are perfect to enjoy with the kids on a hot afternoon. We've made this indulgent drink healthier by adding fresh bananas for natural sweetness and by using low-fat milk and ice-cream.

Method

1.Place water in a shallow bowl. Place sprinkles on a plate. Dip the rims of four 1 1/2-cup serving glasses in water, then in sprinkles to coat. Place glasses on a tray. Chill 10 minutes.
2.Make 2 thick shakes at a time. Blend half of remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve at once.
