  • 90 gram sachet cranberry and raspberry-flavoured jelly crystals
  • 1 3/4 cup (430ml) boiling water
  • 150 gram halved seedless red grapes

Method

    Combine jelly in a medium heatproof jug with boiling water, stirring until jelly dissolves; cool.

    Divide grapes between two 1-cup (250ml) glasses. Pour jelly mixture into glasses. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight until set.
