Ingredients
Craisin and pistachio muesli slice
- 125 gram butter
- 1/3 cup (75g) firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/2 cup (135g) rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (75g) self-raising flour
- 1 cup (130g) craisins
- 1 cup (140g) toasted shelled pistachios, chopped coarsely
Method
Craisin and pistachio muesli slice
- 1Preheat oven to moderate 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease 20cm x 30cm lamington pan, line base and two long sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above long sides.
- 2Melt butter with sugar and honey in medium saucepan over medium heat without boiling, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.
- 3Stir remaining ingredients into butter mixture. Press mixture firmly into pan, bake about 20 minutes. Cool in pan before cutting.
