Method
1.Place fish, chutney, juice, egg white, chilli and garlic in a food processor. Process until finely chopped.
2.Add breadcrumbs, coriander and onions to food processor and process until combined and mixture comes together. Transfer to a bowl. Chill for 10 minutes.
3.Shape mixture into 8 flattened patties. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Cook patties for 2-3 minutes, each side, until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towel. Serve with salad and sweet chilli sauce.
