Ingredients

Method

1.Combine mince, garlic, ginger, coriander, mint and fish sauce in a bowl. Season with pepper. With wet hands, shape into four patties. Cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.
2.Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium and cook patties for 4 minutes each side, until golden and firm.
3.Heat bread in a non-stick frying pan on medium for 2 minutes each side. Halve.
4.Place patties on warm bread halves. Top with cucumber, onion, tomato and thai basil. Serve with lime wedges.

Thai basil can be replaced with regular basil if you prefer. Add beansprouts for crunch.
