Combination fried rice

Hearty and delicious fried rice recipe, combining pork mince and prawns into an amazing dish that�s quick and full of flavour. For the best results cook rice a day ahead.

Ingredients

Method

1.Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat surface. Add chicken and bacon; stir-fry for 3 minutes or until chicken is just cooked.
2.Add onion; stir-fry for 1 minute. Add frozen vegetables, choy sum and sauces; stir-fry for 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
3.Add rice and prawns; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until heated. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and coriander.

We used a frozen vegetable mix of carrot, broccoli, capsicum, sugar snap peas and water chestnuts.
