Ingredients

Method

1.Place all ingredients, except chicken and serving ingredients, in a shallow bowl; mix well.
2.Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.
3.Heat a large non-stick frying pan on medium. Cook chicken 5 minutes each side, brushing regularly with marinade, until cooked through.
4.Serve on lettuce slices with red onion and cucumber strips.
